The thing is, that to reduce your stress you have to reduce the demands on your system. And you have to increase your resources.
Now to achieve both of those, you actually need to know what defines you - almost 'spiritually'.
Not in terms of religion, absolutely not. Not what I mean at all.
More like, when I ask you 'who are YOU?'
you need to come back with something like:
'someone who fundamentally believes in people', or
'someone who is true through and through'.
Something like that…
Why does that matter? Well, because absolutely everything you are and everything you think and everything you do should, ultimately, be related.
Why? Because that really reduces the stress on your system…
Why? Because it means that every moment of every day you are 're-resourcing' as you go through your life. And, no matter how hard you work, the demands on your system will be minimal.
Rather like an 'anti-stress' formula!
