If you have started a health programme with us but do not feel that you are getting benefits then you should stop the programme and advise us accordingly. You will not then be liable for any further health module costs but you will be liable for the modules provided to date, the cost of your labtests and the cost of supplements and nutrients already provided to you.

We reserve the right to ask you to carry out more laboratory tests if your consultant considers it necessary. Such additional tests will be kept to the minimum considered to be required by your consultant. If you do not want to do such tests, and if your consultant considers that your programme will not be effective without them, we reserve the right to terminate your programme. At this stage you will not be liable for any further monthly health programme fees. You will be liable for costs incurred to date including but not limited to tests which have been carried out on your behalf and which you agreed to, health programme module costs for modules already prepared for you and supplements, nutrients etc which have been supplied to you which you have agreed to.

If we do not feel that you are benefiting from your programme with us, we reserve the right to terminate your programme. At this stage you will not be liable for any further monthly health programme fees. You will be liable for costs incurred to date including but not limited to tests which have been carried out on your behalf and which you agreed to, health programme module costs for modules already prepared for you and supplements, nutrients etc which have been supplied to you which you have agreed to.

The Concorde Initiative will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the Website or its related services either on or off-line.

Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as result of the negligence of The Concorde Initiative its employees or agents.

Excluded services

The services provided by the Website do not include the provision of computer or other necessary equipment to access any interactive elements of the Website. To use the on-line elements you will require Internet connectivity and appropriate telecommunication links. We shall not be liable for any telephone or other costs that you may incur.

Every care has been taken to ensure that all product descriptions and specifications are correct.

Cancellation rights

In accordance with the distance selling Regulations 2000, customers have the right to cancel their order within seven days unless the order has been filled or partly filled by The Concorde Initiative in good faith.

The following terms apply to changes to your booking of courses and training programmes:

TRANSFERS : If you are unable to attend the course you have booked you may transfer to the same course at a later date subject to availability and a 10% transfer administration fee.

CANCELLATION : If you cancel your booking completely, the following charges apply:

Greater than 2 months from start of course:	25% of course fees
Within 2 months of course:	50% of course fees
Within 1 month of course:	80% of course fees
Within 2 weeks of course:	100% of course fees

Cancellation of usage

The Concorde Initiative Limited may suspend or cancel your usage of services offered on this Website immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

You can stop your usage at any time. If you wish not to use the service within 7 days of registration we will, at your written request, refund your money, less the equivalent of 25% of the fee.

The suspension or cancellation of your usage and your right to use the services offered on this Website shall not affect either party's rights or liabilities.

Other paragraphs of these Terms and Conditions shall survive cancellation.

Availability of services and products

Although The Concorde Initiative Limited aims to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that the services offered will meet your requirements. The Concorde Initiative Limited cannot guarantee that the service will be fault free. If a fault occurs in the service you should report it to us and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can.

Your access to this website may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. The Concorde Initiative Limited will attempt to restore the service as soon as it reasonably can.

Returns

If you wish to return any products you may do so within 14 days for a full refund providing that the product has not been opened or otherwise used. Returns/refunds are not available on LabTests. Please obtain a proof of postage for all returns. Please note that The Concorde Initiative does not pay the cost of return postage. Refunds will only be issued upon full receipt of returned goods.

International use

The Concorde Initiative Limited makes no promise that materials or recommendations or information on this Website are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, and accessing this Website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from locations outside the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Miscellaneous

You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions.
