are essential in generating well-being
The biological pathways of the body which must
be working 'properly' for you to have body (and mind) well-being
How lack of well-being can cause 'functional' problems -
especially in your learning, creativeness,
behaviour and how you relate to others
How lack of well-being may be relevant to disease
And most importantly of all -
we have worked out what to do about it for YOUR benefit!
In so far as restoring well-being and creating well-being is concerned, we are probably world leaders in this field.
